News Bureaus
Major Washington news bureaus host our students as interns, giving
them practical experience in reporting and writing during their
16 weeks in Washington. Most of the bureaus have been with the
program since the first class was convened in the Fall of 1989.
Financial Support for the Center
Charging students no tuition or fees, the Center is funded with
charitable gifts from media companies, foundations, corporate
charitable
programs and individual donors, including alumni and their parents.
Special support comes from the Ethics and Excellence in Journalism
Foundation of Oklahoma City.
